The rooms at Baan Krating Pai Resort-SHA Plus are absolutely amazing. The private balcony offers breathtaking views of the garden and mountains, making me feel like I'm in paradise. The comfortable rooms are decorated in a way that instantly makes you feel at home. Plus, the private bathroom with free toiletries is a nice touch.

Although everything was perfect, I personally didn't find the herbal toiletries in the private bathroom to my liking. But hey, that's just my personal opinion.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location in beautiful spacious gardens by the side of a river was absolutely breathtaking. It felt like I was staying in a manicured jungle. The quiet area provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. I loved spending time on the terrace, enjoying the stunning views. this place exceeded my expectations and provided a luxurious and comfortable experience.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The room was mind-blowingly spacious and the staff were super nice and friendly! They happily agreed to look after our bags, allowing us to explore the area freely. The location was perfect, with a jaw-dropping pool overlooking the river. The facilities were top-notch and the shower was the best in Thailand! The tranquil atmosphere made it even more enjoyable. Plus, the free wi-fi, parking, and air conditioning were a great bonus. Highly recommended for a fantastic stay!

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The rooms / houses are very big. You have more space than you would actually need. If you like quietness, then this is the place to be. Very pretty garden!

It is not situated nearby the centre of Pai, but that was not a problem for us, as we were only passing by with a rental car.

Our deluxe room which was quite excellent; true Thai style but very luxurious with fantastic fittings and fabrics, whilst retaining wholly the feeling of being in a Thai home.

The restaurant menu was very limited and the food very 'safe' - not Thai. The room service menu appeared far better, but the restaurant staff knew nothing about it.

The staff at Baan Krating Pai Resort - Sha Plus were incredibly accommodating during our stay. When we asked if we could store our bags while returning our scooters, they happily agreed and kept them safe until we came back. The room was spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. I would recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and pleasant room.

The beds were comfortable and the cabins were clean. The location and surroundings were picturesque and peaceful. The staff were helpful and accommodating. They assisted us in calling a driver when we needed to leave early.

The hotel is located further away from the main city and it was not possible to walk because of narrow streets and stray dogs. The breakfast options were limited and the quality of juice was poor.
